USE OF Quizza.AI IMPLIES AN AGREEMENT TO THE FOLLOWING:

1. All content and information on this web site are the property of Quizza.AI, except the content and information posted by registered Quizza.AI users.
2. Content and information provided by Quizza.AI may not be redistributed or reproduced in any way, shape, or form without the written permission of Quizza.AI. Failure to do so is a violation of copyright laws.
3. Any Web site may link to any of the pages on Quizza.AI. However, pages from Quizza.AI may not be embedded in a frame from the referring site, unless it is an explicitly specified feature of Quizza.AI.
4. If you are a registered Quizza.AI user, then you own all of the content and information you post on Quizza.AI, and you can control how it is shared through your privacy and application settings.
5. If you are a registered Quizza.AI user, then you specifically give Quizza.AI the following permission, subject to your privacy and application settings: you grant Quizza.AI a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use any content and information that you post on or in connection with Quizza.AI. This License ends when you delete your content or your account unless your content has been shared with others, and they have not deleted it.
6. If you are a registered Quizza.AI user, when you delete your content, it is deleted in a manner similar to emptying the recycle bin on a computer. However, you understand that removed content may persist in backup copies for a reasonable period of time (but will not be available to others).
7. If you are a registered Quizza.AI user, when you publish content or information using the Public setting, it means that you are allowing everyone, including people off of Quizza.AI, to access and use that information, and to associate it with you (i.e., your name and profile picture).
8. We always appreciate your feedback or other suggestions about Quizza.AI, but you understand that we may use them without any obligation to compensate you for them (just as you have no obligation to offer them).
